Okay, so I finished my A-levels and Im planning to go to uni in September. However, what do I do till then? I do work, but my job has limited availability each day.and ,of course, everybody wants a slot. Has anybody got any suggestions? I dont want me and.my.boyfriend (currently unemployed and tirelessly job hunting) to be dossing on the couch day in day out :-(

Yeah. My boyfriends taking me away tomorrow for five days [found out this morning) but none of us have that much.money, after the.holiday where both broke.

Try getting a full-time job? If you work part-time and your workplace is over-staffed anyway, this might be a safe bet as it sounds like your employer might be glad to free up a few shifts. You could also apply whilst keeping your current job going and just see where it gets you.

Otherwise do the stuff you used to do as a kid to fill out the time. Go for bike rides (or walks), go to the park, meet up with your mates, blah blah blah blah...

volunteering is always fun, rewarding and might help you gain experience for a future career. You can volunteer at music festivals, any events, shops, youth clubs. Its a great way to meet new people and fill your time doing things that make a difference.
