    Biology teacher
    Current research/researcher
Go on to a medical degree/medicine
Work in a lab (in a hospital for example or other)
    University lecturer in biology
    Diagnostics
    Food industry
    Drug industry

That's all I can really think of right now. Unfortunately a lot of them would also require an MSc or a PhD in an area of biology.

    Yup, as LSD says above.

Leicester University has a fantastic website for careers after the biosciences, check it out --> http://biosciencecareers.wordpress.com/

Anything to do with plants, ecology, zoology, environments, lab work, bacteria.

Personally I feel you can get more scope with a chemistry or physics degree, but if you like biology go for it.
