    Code Geass R2 Ending Question
I've heard rumours that Lelouch survived being killed at the end because he was immortal. I don't see it though.... It'd make his sacrifice pointless??

    What do you guys think?

Re: In Code Geass did Lelouch really die?
This title is perhaps the most spoilerier title ever. I really hope that there aren't many people browsing here that haven't finished watching CG.

On topic, I don't believe that he really died.

You can give a pretty satisfactory explanation in the form of him gaining his father's immortality after killing him in that "other world" thing. Once more the whole bit at the end with CC on the cart talking to Lelouch then it zooming down onto the smiling face of the driver that appears to bear an uncanny resemblance to Lelouch.

dont worry about it the series has been out too long. and no hes dead. without him being dead the ending had no point. its just fangirls not wanting their life love dead. but yeah dont worry about the spoiler, if they havent watched it yet they probably wont.

What a moronicly spoileriffic thread title.:facepalm2:

But to answer the question.. The creators came out and said that he did die. To kill any speculation and demands for another sequel.

He died, or else as was pointed out, there was no meaning to his sacrifice.
