You explain how they are created, IIRC the purpose they serve should be explain in system design of your specification.

So I dont explain what happens when i play the macro...I just explain how i created it? thing is i explained it what happens when they are played..

What I've done is something similar to this:

When you click x, the macro named y is ran which does z.

Then I showed the whole code for that particular macro.

No don't explain what it does, explain how you created the page.. if you must explain what it does, no harm in that. Don't bother with screenshots though.

Not quite. The only screenshot I showed was the actual macro code from inside MS Excel Visual Basic.
