Languages Extended Project Help
I am doing extended project this year but I have decided I am dropping the subject my original idea was based on. I want to change the basis of it so I want to choose a subject that relates to my A2 classes which are French, Spanish and Geography. They don't all have to be used but I wanted some ideas who have done this type of thing before. Thanks

Re: Languages Extended Project Help
To what extent do the human geographies of the Spanish autonomous regions differ?
You could examine the culture and perhaps try to link it with the differnet economic activities.
"Spanish speaking Latin-America will always be steps behind Spain when it comes to development" To what extent do you agree with this statment.
With this you could maybe go down the route of slightly different language means that people believe Castellano is the "correct" Spanish and that people will look to Spain before s.america, impeding development. This could be linked in with humam geography, talking about coffee farming in Colombia whilst Spain is nearly all service-orientated. Link back to colonialism with Christopher Colombus
If you wanted something a little more language related perhaps you could compare and contrast a Spanish and French director or author
Good luck
