    Tory Government to Redefine Failure.
    The example of the Work Programme which was introduced by Labour and now developed by the Tories is the model for all future privitisation. It must not fail. What is needed is the right propaganda and lie - Goebells style. Although it is failing to achieve its goals, IDS cannot afford to let the Work Programme fail in the eyes of the public:
