Hi,

I've just started AH Biology this year and have no teacher.

The teacher we were supposed to have is on maternity leave, so we just have a supply teacher who has never taught biology before.

Also none of the other teachers in the science department seem to know what to do either so I'm trying to find out where everyone is/ what you's have done/ practicals and tests and if you know when certain things have to be done?

And what materials did you's get? And do you's get tutor periods?

Hey I'm doing AH Biology aswell this year

Can I ask if your starting on Unit 1 or Unit 2? At my school we do Unit 2 because we go on a trip for investigations :P

If your doing the latter... We haven't done any Practicals, and we haven't done that much of the course either. What you miss is going to be fairly easily caught up on. IF you are concerned. Go ask a different Biology Teacher for notes for the beginning of the course if you need them.

If you can't get that then if you want to look over notes head over to the hamilton science website. There's a few Powerpoints there.

There isn't another teacher which is the problem haha, I come from a really small school which only has 2 bio teachers, one's on maternity leave and the others on sick leave. :P
