I've had both a colonoscopy and a sigmoidoscopy, and the sigmoidoscopy was a million times better, I guess because it doesn't go in as far. I didn't need any sedation, and the whole thing felt like it lasted about thirty seconds. As far as medical procedures go, it was a piece of cake! -
