It's just common sense. If you dont have common sense, just memorise the highway code and the old questions & answers

I had the 2012 discs, and the highway code book, and i got 48 in multiple choice and 62 in hazard perception

my advice is make sure you pass EVERY test you do give or take one or two.

Then use the highway code book to look up things you dont understand or keep getting wrong because sometimes the "explain this" option on the dvd doesn't explain it enough

The theory test is and always has been extremely easy.
My brother fail it 3 times. Let me just say he is not academically gifted.

It's not about being academically gifted, it's just putting effort into practicing the tests. Some people say they did it with no 'revision' at all, which may well be true, but I did loads of questions and hazard perception as practice and then the test was straightforward after that.

Just tell your brother to grab a practice DVD if he hasn't already, do the tests over and over, and he'll be fine

    Thanks
Good luck, just stay relaxed Once you are consistently passing the practice tests, you should be totally fine.

Because my brother did it revising one night, my other brother, the one who failed it 3 times, thought he could do it in one night. Now his going for his fourth turn. What a waste of money. And he did revise a bit but not enough I guess.

Can anyone help on this question?

You want to reverse into a side road. You are not sure the area behind your car is clear. What should you do?

    1. Look through the rear window only
    2. Check the mirrors only
    3. Get out and check
    4. Carry on, assuming it is clear

My best guess is looking through the rear window, but in reality, I would probably check both Anyone know what the answer is and can give me an explanation as to why?
