Everyone want to live healthy life. But not happened . For good health take some precautions . some tips:-
Do exercise regularly.
Do not drink coffee twice in a day.-why?
Eat fresh meals.
Take a fresh fruits and vegetables.
A healthy food makes your mind and body healthy. -

fair points, but you neglected to state anything about tobacco or alcohol, 2 of the biggest detriments to a lot of peoples health!
Now days , tobacco or alcohol is responsible for people bad health.
