I am very interested in the graduate schemes offered by the major supermarkets, particularly Sainsbury's. I am just finishing second year, history undergrad, and am wondering what the best things to do over the next year in order to stand a good chance of getting onto one of these grad schemes. I don't know what kinds of jobs/interships/experience they will be most impressed by. What do you suggest?
