    AQA Law04 - Occupiers Liability
    If a scenario question came up about Occupiers Liability, would it be answered by going through the Caparo Tripartite Test, using duty, breach and damage in order to establish if the defendant was liable for the injury/damage?

    Nahh you need to establish whether the trespasser is lawful or unlawful. If it's lawful you go through OLA 1957 and if its unlawful 1984.
