Valentina Lisitsa Live at the Albert Hall
Just wondering if anyone else is watching this live on youtube? If you're not, check it out! http://www.youtube.com/user/Valentin...&v=_pCQ1f520o4. Absolutely stunning pianist and a brilliant line up (she's playing Rach!).

Oh my God, did anyone see that improvisation/variation on Nocturne op.9-2? Outstanding.

Official DVD of this is now out on Decca. There's a CD too, but the CD contains only a subset of the concert, together with 3 pieces that were not part of the concert (Fur Elise, Liebestraume Number 3, Un Sospiro).

Well worth getting the DVD to show your support for this amazing artist - hopefully we'll get more now she is with a major label!

I love her interpretation of the moonlight sonata
