Bulking changing permanent hunger levels
I'm quite naturally lean, with a fair bit of muscle but it's not defined or blocky enough for my liking. Therefore I want to pack on a few more pounds through bulking up over summer; 8 weeks of eating a lot of extra calories and hitting the gym hard then 4 weeks of cardio and cutting.
My worry is that after the 12 weeks will my hunger levels be permanently altered, to a level that I find it harder to maintain my lean frame afterwards. The reason I'm quite lean is because I don't really feel the need to eat much and I'm quite happy with my weight just not muscle definition. So the last thing I would want is to bulk up, loose the fat then find I return to a higher %BF if I don't find time to hit the gym frequently.
Thanks for reading

Re: Bulking changing permanent hunger levelsDid you find your hunger levels were higher after bulking than previously?(Original post by TheUltimateProof)
First week after bulk is painful. I drank a lot of water to help get by. But after a while your stomach will back and you'll be fine. -
