I usually put notes in my pockets. So far, I haven't used them, for two reasons. One, the bloody invigilator stood next to or behind me in the two exams that I needed them. And then two, I didn't need them...

Some notes on my arm sometimes, like an algorithm of some sort, or formula.

Twisting and turning in my bed the night before and end up getting no sleep. Get to the exam and have a little nap before the papers are handed, then BAM on with the paper!

This works really well for me.
    Drink a cup of water
    Wake up and stretch
Then jog for half an hour or any kind of exercise
    Drink another cup of water
Eat a healthy breakfast. Fruit and porridge
    3 rounds of chess
Meditation with binaural beats for 10 minutes
Then freezing cold shower for 1 minute (this will wake you up like nothing)
Get dressed in your best attire. If you look good, you will feel good and then you will do good.
Eat a bannana, and then play your favourite 5 songs and dance and sing all the way to school. don't give a **** what everyone else thinks because it doesnt really matter.

Add caffeine if desired. Follow this routine and you will smash any exam. I did this after a night of imsomnia and restless sleep and felt better than ever.

By the time I actually get to the exam hall and we're about to go in, I've gone past being scared/nervous/cramming and instead just have a "whatever" attitude. Somehow I've made it to uni.

my pre-exam ritual was to try and learn a 6month worth of syllabus from someone like you in about 25minutes lol...
LOL. Yeah, I came to the sad realisation that I am very much alone, but very much 'in demand' At least on exam day... After that, if anyone listens to me, it's my best friend... Who forgets everything in the next 5 minutes, BTW.
Everyone at my school has decided that they're going to support me in my studies so I can get accepted into a UK uni and leave their lives forever! I can't say I don't appreciate it...

I wish I had more friends like you....

All of my friends, before any exam, when ever I used to ask them if they know the "XYZ" concept, they'd be like :

    And I'd go like :

I wish you good luck....You will have absolutely no problem getting into a good university, just stay focused. who needs friends who are dumb as ****...?
You will make good intelligent, brilliant minded friends at university.
    Have fun.

I'm usually found outside the exam hall with my revision guide flicking through and pacing up and down "Sweating like I'm about to be executed" in the words of some friends with my game face on.

I try to have the same breakfast as usual (big mound of eggs and toast and beans etc). Drink a good pint or so of iced water after breakfast to get hydrated fast, and maintain this until and during the exam from a bottle. Listen to peaceful music without words whilst going over notes or last minute plans/keywords/mistakes I make a lot, and try to stay calm at all costs. I pretty much enter a zone nothing can get me out of - I don't take my headphones out from the moment I step out the door until I'm in the lobby of the exam hall.

I also have a habit of doing random sets of press-ups or more punishing variants on that, the more jittery I get. Helps me relieve tension and worry.

Boos by self up by saying things like "You can do it" " You'll get through this dont worry " then revise over a few notes briefly, make my friends test me and then i guess its to the hall for the exam! :O
