    16-25 railcard - look different from picture?
    I have a 16-25 railcard and my hair is dark brown in it, I have recently gone blonde - will it still be accepted, I do look quite different?

    It it's only a railcard that's fine, no one really looks at that. If it was your passport that would be different.
