    cellulite and stretch marks
    hey peoples i have stretch marks and cellulite on my buttocks, and i think this is from the recent weight gain, how can i lose the cellulite and make my buttocks more nice?

    Get in the weights room with all the beefy, muscular, intimidating men, load up an empty barbell, get under it and squat the heaviest you possibly can, until you're close to agony, legs shaking, pushing out those last reps like your life depends on it.

    ^ above advise for cellulite. For stretch marks 1) stop putting on weight so that your skin stops stretching 2) time. you basically have to just wait until they are faded, many creams and oils claim to help this happen faster but I don't think any are effective enough to make a significant difference.

    Cellulite is fat (women get it because we store fat in a different way from men). Lose fat and you will lose cellulite.

    Yes, stretch marks do appear when you have fat on your body. You can handle them with stretch marks removal cream available easily in the market.
