Eek, I'm in the same position as you. I have plenty of merger/takeover case studies but not many for the other part! For some questions, we would be able to use the same case studies but only if we're really lucky.

I had a quick look on Tutor2U and apparently the likely questions/topics are:-

To what extent is new leadership required in order for a business to better respond to significant technological change?

To what extent are differences in organisational culture likely to affect a firms ability to expand successfully into emerging markets?

Will a strategy of retrenchment inevitably fail if management are not able to overcome internal resistance to change?

Does scientific decision making hinder the ability of a business to innovate successfully?

Do the potential problems of corporate social responsibility outweigh the benefits of operating in emerging markets like China

To what extent should a business make sustainability the most important business objective in order to remain competitive?

Is it inevitable that market leaders will find their market share eroded substantially as a result of technological change?

I also found this on Tutor2U which lists the main points of focus on Section B and the case studies we should be looking at!! http://www.tutor2u.net/blog/index.ph...' />58:32Z

Hope this helps, and good luck!

They're not guaranteed, but Tutor2u track past papers and make educated guesses as to the likely areas we will be tested on in Section B. The link contains case study examples you would need for those subjects.
