    Ab Workout
    Hello guys and girls,

I have been training for a while now however, I still need to establish a decent ab workout for myself. I find I am changing my ab routine every week and that it's affecting my progress.

Could any of you recommend the best ab workout please

    Re: Ab Workout
Having a work out just for your abs doesn't make much sense. Do compounds and they get worked then just throw in some additional stuff (side bends, barbell twists, leg raises, cable crunches, push crunches ect) at the end of every few workouts

Do some bicycle crunches, these are very good for the rectus abdominis and the obliques.

Abs are made in the kitchen.
