Humanities subjects are always good, so History and English! You could take maths or a science to demonstrate that you're an all-rounder but yes, I recommend humanities xD

I may be doing Law, but I decided on my A level options at a time I wanted to do something medical so I took History, Latin, Chemistry, Biology. But if it's medicine I would have to take Maths too i guess... but I'm waiting to see my Maths GCSE result. If I did do Law, I have an essay subject, a language and 2 sciences.

Law at A-level will be a good introduction.

There are no specific subjects required for Law, a student who takes Biology, Chemistry and Physics will be considered no different to one who takes English, History and Politics. In my opinion, it would make sense taking one or two essay subjects such as English and History because a degree in Law will involve a lot of essay writing. But yeah, anything goes!
