The single best young talent not named Neymar?
Who's the best young player - who doesn't play for a top club - after, or even before, Neymar?

    I can't think of any........

Great, he'll replace Robben, the hack. Still not that well known a player, definitely less known than Neymar.

He's been useless in the Euros, and his massive drama queen ego cost Bayern the CL final. Shaqiri can do what Robben does, do it better, and with more class.

Bit harsh... Loads of players have been **** - the whole Dutch team played like crap - including Sneijder & RVP, but they're still great players.

No way Shaqiri can score 1 every 2 games like Robben can.

Players in that spot aren't supposed to score, even if they can. Robben's job was to get the ball to Gomez, a fantastic poacher, by positioning himself well- not run up the side, run to the centre, and then put the ball in the stands. Shaqiri, on the other hand, is fast, can outrun pretty much anything that comes after him, and has one hell of an accurate kick. He'll be feeding Gomez like it's a damn conveyor belt.

Lucas from Sao Paolo is a real talent, Verratti as the guy said before is like a young version of Pirlo, Grimaldo (16 year old for Barca) is a fantastic left back and plays for spain U19 and is getting put into the B team at Barca as well. Gotze from Dortmund is amazing for an 18 year old and Eriksen from Ajax is a great playmaker. Most probably aren't as good as Neymar but still amazing young talents.

Shaqiri was pretty greedy when I watched him for switzerland U21 last year. Plus robbens goalscoring record has been quality.

Anyway, Soritris ninis has been getting high ratings, padaspoupolous the defender might count although schalke count as a top team now. There's always kerim frei and victor moses

Varane, gotze, shaqiri and the alcantara brothers don't count as they play/about to play next season for a top team already.

There is always jack wilshere, you did say I shouldn't include players from top teams. :smug:
    Jovetic deserves a mention too.
