    But why isn't decision available in your school? lack of teachers that support it?

    For me, I'm doing all mech units next year :P (with core obviously)

    I don't know...possibly. I had never heard of the unit until I saw textbooks on it in the bookstore. What exactly is it anyway?

    Good luck! I found mechanics really hard to get, but maybe it's just me. ;p

    Well, I've done edexcel, so I'm not sure how much harder aqa is, but yes, it will most likely be harder. Gcse maths are supposed to be very basic and AS maths get harder and harder with each level.

    Depending if you work hard. I know people with C's in GCSE Maths and have gotten > 90 UMS in maths modules.

    People tell me I should relax this holiday, and trust me I am! But I'm really worried about French AS I know I got a C in GCSE but I really want to do the subject, I don't know if I should prepare before hand or just wait till september? Tbh i can't really really remember much or it : (

    P.S my school allows a C for French
