Question about Durham Grant Scheme
The website states this:
Promise of Support - Package One: Family incomes below £25,000
If you come from a household that has an Income below £25,000, you will automatically get a support package worth £3,000 a year, either in cash or as money off your college living expenses (the National Scholarship Programme shall be administered through this Promise of Support package).
Do I need to apply for this? The FAQs page it links to comes up with an error. I'm not sure if Durham will have gotten my financial details from SFE, because I changed my student finance application to Durham after they had already sent the details to a different university. -

No need to apply for it, as long as SFE knows you are going to Durham in October then in October the university will be told your household income by SFE and will give you the money automatically as a discount off your college accommodation fee
