    1st year pharmacy tips
    Hey guys,

Im studying pharmacy in September 2012 at UCLan and was wondering if anyone that has completed their first year in a pharmacy degree, or maybe not, had any tips or anything to read up on before I go.

Feel free to post even if you're not doing pharmacy or not a 1st year or just have something useful to say.

    Thanks people!

Going to post on this just to bump it up a bit, I was wondering this as well. I'm starting pharmacy in September as well! *high five* I'm going to UEA.

UEA is a very good university and I really liked the look of it when I went to my interview. My sister studies medicine there too and really likes it too.

Anyway, you will receive a reading list in the first week and, although I can't second guess that reading list, we use Rang, Dale et al. "Pharmacology" quite a lot throughout our degree (at MSoP) and will give you a good indication of some of the pharmacology you will encounter.

    Good luck.
