well, unless you have an abnormal obsession, most wouldn't see it as a problem. girls who like horses themselves are rather unlikely to object - they may even actively like it.

i personally wouldn't take issue to it

well from what i hear, many more girls do it then guys so i thought id ask whether they'd find it strange if a guy liked it

Not necessarily. I can't see anyone being put off by it (or girls may find you more interesting because of it) unless you collect stuffed horses or have posters of horses all over your bedroom walls.

I'm animal obsessed lol well more cat obsessed haha but having a guy that liked horses would be a good thing. If the girl had never ridden before it would be a great 1st date idea and something you could teach them about I bet they'd love it!

lol my gf used to ride and wants to get bk into it lol i wondered whether shed like it if i got into it as well...not too much obviously no way id ever get the dolls or posters lol

little nervous tbh ive never been round horses so its all new but she needs tht confidence boost and said me doing it will help her

As a girl who horse rides I'd love it if a guy I was with wanted to try it out, I wouldn't care if he tried it and decided it wasn't for him, though I do have an image that if I get married one day then I want to ride to the reception and have my partner ride alongside me, so I suppose they'd have to learn to some extent.

Haha, well I want to ride in on a horse to my wedding and don't want him walking alongside, as think that would look odd ,so he'd just have to learn to ride instead. Would love to arrive with my dad on horseback alongside me but he's getting a bit old for it these days and by the time I find someone and decided I want to get married he'll definitely be too old, so looks like the guy will have to do it instead.

Nope, a lot of the jockeys are male but there are a fair few female riders, especially in events like the Grand National

I guess if women are willing to run in front of horses to be allowed to vote they should be allowed to ride them.
