If its been redecorated/furnished anytime even vaguely recently then it will look essentially the same as most... blue carpet, white walls, standard uni hall type furniture.

Actually, level 0 is the ground floor- at least, it was in Tuke F. Not 100% sure about Tuke E but I imagine it's the same.

Yeah your'e right, level 0 is the ground floor [: on your previous posts you posted a tuke residents facebook page, and I saw someone in Tuke Block E level 0 :]
