    It seems like there isn't much to discuss here...

    The answer is no. That's why justice systems can't prosecute based on what seems like the best explanation, sure in a lot of cases the most obvious explanation is the right explanation, but that doesn't make it the case 100% of the time.

    or so it seems. nothing can be absolute, so how can anything seems? we can gain knowledge only through our sense, how do we know this is the truth if it only seems so?
