Can they change shape over time I wonder?

I don't know if my ears have changed shape but I've noticed how the inside is more thick and coming outside of the outside if that makes sense. It still looks fine but I don't know if it's grown that way or whether it was like that all along. I just noticed it suddenly the other day. One thign that probably hasn't helped is this thign I do where I fold my ears inside each other (you're probably thinking wtf!) But I can fold them inside if that makes sense.

Also can the nose change shape?
