    Insomnia
As you can see, its 5.35am and whilst my eyes feel tired and itchy where a normal person (and I used to be able to) would fall asleep but I feel wide awake. This has been going on for weeks now for no sudden reason, id never usually fall asleep til 3am anyway but recently its been 6am or 7am which is just screwing everything up. I got about 6 hours sleep last night (6am til 12pm) which means I should be feeling tired now but no, also last week I did an all nighter in an attempt to get back to a normal sleep pattern which failed; I had a 4 hour nap in the afternoon unintentionally and then didnt sleep that night until about 4am/5am and the problem just kept going. Ive no idea why though, admittedly I dont really do a great deal of exercise but no less than the weeks before and I dont really consume much caffeine and especially not before im going to sleep.
I just dont understand whats going on, any advice!?

Take a Warm Bath and hot milk before going to sleep. Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco. Avoid Illuminated Bedroom Clocks, because It will make you awake.

I'm in a similar position too. I tried hot milk before but it didn't work. Besides, I usually get tired in the daytime. It's really annoying.

I know right. If it helps, watch some comedy. You forget you're sleepy when you're constantly laughing.
