Basically this has resurfaced quite recently where both of my lower eye lids flicker randomly. It doesn't flicker so much that they actually shut my eyes but they do cause a weird sensation which I can see in the mirror. Does anyone else have this? What do you do to prevent it happening? Oh btw I wear glasses but occasionally contact lenses but this problem has started before I started wearing them.. Is it just lack of sleep? Not sure whether to see a doctor or not coz if it is curable at home and other people have experienced it...

I usually get that when I've just not slept in ages and have stayed up on the computer

I get it sometimes with the lower lid on my left eye but I think that may be caused more by my tic than anything else.

Can be caused by tiredness or stress.
