    He doesn't need to be a moderator. As long as he knows the rules then it's fine. Although it's confusing as to why you can't just read the easily-accessible rules?

    Those are the exam boards where rules must be in place for any exam discussion. Any exam boards that do not appear in that post are fair game straight after the exam as they are not taken at different times.

    Boards AQA, OCR, CCEA, WJEC and CIE (other than orals and practicals) are fine to talk about straight after the exams because these boards are UK based only.'
    If you're allowed to talk about it straight after then of course its fine to see the paper.

    Then don't post it. I just came across this thread on my forum travels so it really doesn't matter to me either way. But it's plainly obvious that people have posted papers in the past and they have had no issues with it, despite the fact it's not explicitly stated either way. But you obviously already knew that.
