Hey i recently visited Sheffield Hallam University for diagnostic radiography and found out that the selection day entails a numeracy test, spacial test, group interviews/activities and individual interview which has me a little worried so i was just wondering whether all the university selection days were similar or whether they just have an interview?

Imparticular Birmingham City, Cumbria, Teesside and City in London but any information on any university doing diagnostic radiography would help

Hi,
I have a date for my interview for diagnostic radiography in Derby at 29/06 .The interview is going to be 3 parts.Interview,group activity and written exam.Has anyone had an interview in Derby? I could do with some advise please.

I've had interviews at Teesside and Cumbria and neither involved tests of any kind.
Cumbria was a one on one interview and Teesside was an interview with a uni lecturer and a clinical tutor. Both lasted about 20 mins.

I had interviews for all five of my choices and all varied so much, Liverpool didn't even interview. My firm choice is Sheffield Hallam, and yes it seemed the most daunting interview but everyone was so so friendly and really welcoming. It gives the chance for them to see the whole person, I know I didn't do too well on the tests but they must have seen something they liked in the interviews/activities.

I just had my interview in Derby Uni last Friday.Everything went so bad,during one to one interview i was so nervous and felt i didnt answer the question very well.Since few weeks a go i was practicing and doing research regarding the subject and i have been working as a volunteer in Radiology department for last 6 month.I think i did very good in group task and i just finished my access course and gained distinction in all 45 credit.How important is interview vs previous qualification and work experience,do i have any chance to get offer a place?
Has anyone experienced the same situation like me?
