    Stepper Question
    Hey I was just wondering if a stepper one like this:

    would help with toning the bum area haha , don't know much about this kind of workout that's all Thanks.

    You can't tone your bum. You can build muscle and you can loose fat. You can't do it in a specific place. It happens across your body and the extent to which it happens in a particular place isn't something you can control. So no it won't, nothing will because what you want doesn't make sense

    I just noticed the price of that thing :eek: Even if it did work I have no idea why you'd consider spending that when you can just go walk up and down some stairs

    Yes it would, but only if you have low body fat

    Look at it this way, everyone has a six pack, but those who have a visible one are the ones with low body fat.
