How do you do a couch sit up? I've seen some on youtube but they are all different...
The one that i find most effective is when you put your legs on the couch, and then push your butt right on to the couch. Then you put your hand behind your head and lift yourself. I aim to try and get my head to touch my knees.
If you do 100 of these a day you will see the results in 3 days. Doing a hundred of these will be very hard if you haven't done this before. If you can do a hundred of these on your first try your doing them wrong .

    In light of this comment:

we would have pose downs and have ab offs when getting changed for PE.
    I've amended your original statement.

I was also the biggest queen in my school by a long way by the time I was in year 8, not sure if I was in year 7(probably close)...

Ok great How many you reckon a beginner can do then? Does it restrict your height growth? I'm lean and I don't do weights for that reason

That's what my mum said when i was like 14 LOOOL.
Nothing restricts your growth m8, just consume more calories if your parents say something.
A beginner can do around 10 to start with, without taking a rest.
I do them in sets of 15 and take a 30 second rest between each set. I do 10 sets a day.

This exercise gets rid of the fat covering your abs, therefore makes your abs visible

errr yes I did(srs). Was no one in your year naturally athletic and muscular when younger? There was basically 3 in our year...me, a footballer who was signed for prem club and a lad who was really hairy and hit puberty when he was like 9, we would have pose downs and have ab offs when getting changed for PE. I was also the fastest in my school by a long way by the time I was in year 8, not sure if I was in year 7(probably close)...some people just have good genetics.
Were you also the most arrogant?

Yes, but I backed it up, clearly. Also I only found out I was fastest in the school when I was in year 8 when I was in year 11 looking over old results. I was quite a fair bit ahead as well and I asked my PE teacher at the time 'did you know I was the fastest then' and he just laughed and said 'yes'...so at the time I was clueless, obviously knew I was the fastest in my year.

Still doesn't make you any less arrogant. I've got friends who are really strong, and friends that are really intelligent. I've not heard any of them boast about their achievements

"Abs are made in the kitchen." I never understood that at first. I thought that was a place for women only :awesome:
