    Considering buying a Superdry Gilet
    Hi,

I'm not really a fan of JW, A&F, Holister and other similar brands but i quite like the look of gilets and was wondering whether or not I should buy a superdry one. I'm in my early 20s and wondering if I would look like a chav if i decided to pair a superdry gilet with my uggs

Also If anyone owns a superdry gilet are they warm?

    Thanks,
    Ree-Shay

    Chavs generally can't afford Superdry.

You wouldn't look like a chav, you'd look like a Rah.

They can with their benefits obv. Also, Superdry isn't that expensive, and certainly not more expensive than Adidas/Nike or football strips.

I'm sure superdry Gilets are at least 70 or 80 quid. I highly doubt any chav, unless they were rich could afford that. I live in a town full of chavs and I've never seen any of them in Superdry.

Your town must be seriously deprived. Come to London and see for yourself. Chavs wearing Superdry all over the place in the winter.

They aren't chavs, they are Rahs, I've been to London many times in winter.

Chavs aren't necessarily defined by their lack of wealth, as it is an attitude just as much as anything else.

Rahs do not wear superdry. I live in a very 'rah' city, with a very 'rah' university in it.

Superdry is ridiculously chavvy. And you can tell how cheap it is if you look on the crappy superdry ebay shop.

I think I can tell a difference between rahs and chavs. Superdry aren't worn by rahs btw. Like someone else said, a chav isn't defined by wealth and what you can afford/can't.

I see plenty of chavs wearing expensive adidas tracksuits which can end up costing more than superdry clothing

I think Superdry clothes are much better designer then A&F and Holister is and don't forget when you paying for brand you are actually getting good quality that will last longer then high st fashion.
