In 8bii they say 'the diagram only shows part of the gel' - doesnt this mean that in 8biii the reason why only one band is seen could be either:
a) the two L fragments are the same length or
b) the other L fragment was very small and since only part of the gel is shown, the fragment could have travelled lower than the area shown. ?
hopefully they'll accept both answers then since both could be the right explanation

been looking for this everywhere . thank u soo much
only thing is im a tad confused as Im doing AQA alevel Bio too , Unit 5 and my exam timetable paper says 1 hour 50 , but im guessing this is because we havent covered all topics only up to muscles -

only thing is im a tad confused as Im doing AQA alevel Bio too , Unit 5 and my exam timetable paper says 1 hour 50 , but im guessing this is because we havent covered all topics only up to muscles -

It's odd that your exam timetable says 1 hour and 50 minutes, you need to get that checked. You have to do an essay for this exam and the time should be 2 hours and 15 minutes.
