If you were a Pokémon gym leader, what type would you specialise in?
Personally, I'd choose Ghost, largely because some of my favourite Pokémon are in that group (namely Froslass and Drifloon/Drifblim), and I like certain moves related to the type.

I know this thread is only 5 posts long, but I expected there to already be a "I'd be rock because I'm hard"...

EDIT: Got posted while I was typing!

Those are not Pokémon; they are fecal-abominations.

Repeat after me: "There are only 151 Pokémon."

I think it's rather unfair that gym leaders and the elite four are restricted to one type, no wonder Gary got to the top despite being crap.

Probably flying pokemon, it should open up a lot of good options where flying is the secondary type

Fighting type. I'm a big fan of some of the dual-types like Pignite/Scraggy/Poliwrath, also because I usually always have a Machamp when I play.

Dragon's my favourite type, but on the other hand there's never been a dark type gym leader.

Sexy pokemon gym (Gardevoir, Milotic etc.)
Haha, this is the best one!

I think the idea that they all have one specific kind of Pokémon was inherently flawed. I still remember the joy of discovering that the first(?) gym had rock Pokémon and my Squirtle(or equivalent) could effortlessly ruin them all.

I think I'd probably choose fire, cos I like Ponyta and Rapidash. Otherwise I'd have a gym just filled with Pelippers because they're my favourite Pokémon and so often underestimated. :')
