Re: Your thoughts on the British Monarchy? It's all well and good saying you'll get their own your own steam, but look at the job ladder and the economic climate these days. You might well need that inheritance to start you off with, otherwise you'll just end up with no job and probably on benefits, in which case you are one of the poor.(Original post by MrNucleon)
They can have all that I am supposed to inherit. I don't need it. I'd much rather it went to those in need, and I actually earn money from my own efforts. -
Re: Your thoughts on the British Monarchy?
I don't really care to be honest. The position the queens hold is merely a cultural formality. Adding to the fact that the majority of public support her, I think they should stay. Having a president wouldn't change **** especially if he is assigned the same tasks as the current queen is.

(As an aside, OddworldInhabitant, your username has given me a nostalgigasm; Abe's Oddysee was a jewel of my youth. Thank you.) -
Re: Your thoughts on the British Monarchy?
The monarchy is a thing of the past. For me it's seen it's best days. They serve as a tourist attraction and nothing more. They should have their budget cut in half, which would vastly help the countries economic status, but also stay; as a tourist attraction, similar to an attraction at a circus.

Re: Your thoughts on the British Monarchy?well both Abe's Oddysee and Abe's Exodus were my favourite games on PS1, hence the name. I'm glad you loved those games too.(Original post by MrNucleon)
I apologise, I led him off on a tangent.
