thanks I'm hoping for the best in my conditional letter they put the A for Graphics in bold but not the A in English or B in business so hopefully that means that as long as I get the A in graphics they don't care

I can't apply for accomodation until it becomes unconditional so after results but if I get in I'm thinking Dorchester or Lyme what about you?
I hoping to apply for lyme Regis or chesil. I was gonna pick the student village but its kinda crap so I changed my mind I don't mind not living on campus because I'm bringing my bike with me so I can cycle to uni.
I've spoken to my college about my grades sent off so it's seems like they will be doing that soon hopefully. Graphics is the main thing in my opinion, but because I don't understand what unis are expecting from A level students I can't be of much help, like I said, I've just finished a btec course. :s

I hate that you only have one choice of accomodation because i have to wait so long i imagine the one i decide on will be full :/

they ask for two creative subjects but my college wouldnt let me take two which they didnt tell me until the day before i started so i had to do super quick choice which is completely unrelated to animation but ah well still got an offer so hope is not lost

Of course hope is not lost, I hope everything works out in your favour and that I will seeing u in september.

I hope Lyme Regis isn't too full yet. I just want to live somewhere where I can get an on suite in my room, that's near to the sea and within a 20 minute cycle to uni... Also close to a town. I know I'm looking for a lot in my choice of accomodation but I think Lyme is a good choice and I adapt easily anyways.

Actually another thing... Have you applied for a scholarship yet? There's no need to rush but it's nice to get that out of the way.

same reasons for accomodation as me really would like an ensuite, I think most of the accomodation is in the same area except for student village and Corfe House

Do you know what the cycle paths are like I had thought about cycling but my parents are really against it if i have to go on roads :s

I haven't applied for a scholarship yet hopefully I will be able to get one but I thought it would be better to wait and see what grades I get

it's ok to apply for your schlorship later but don't forget. I don't remember many or any cycle paths when I went to Bournemouth... I will look into that for you but even so your parents won't be there to watch you all the time and if you and me end up in the same house or area we can cycle to uni, cause u know... We're doing the same course. There of course is lots or cyclist. Most of the Bu accommodations have like no parking and they encourage you to use bicycles or the local transport and leave ur cars at home so they must do something for cyclist.

    I won't forget it's free money :O
I've never cycled on the road before so I would be scared but it would be really good to cycle with someone else I may have to take you up on that offer :P

Sweet! I understand it can be scary for the first time, I had to encourage my freind a lot to cycle on the road and she's ok now, I cycled with, taught her the basics of cycling on road safety and stuff so hopefully I'll be able help you. I looked up bike routes in BU and this should encourage u even more

    http://www.bournemouth.ac.uk/about/t...s/cycling.html

It says they have lots of routes and at the talbot campus there is secure locations for our bikes and showers and locker for cyclist which allows us to freshen ourselves up b4 uni. Which is a great idea! <3
And remember, even if I cannot encourage u to ride on the road I cycle on the path a lot anyways, I only use the road if the paths are too narrow or ifeel like it.

Woah! I've heard the can do that but I've been lucky they've never said anything to me, I don't wear a helmet, I cycle on the path I even cycle through places I'm sure I'm not suppose to. The police in my town are quite lazy, they dont do much it seems. But it's good for me. either way this is all the more of a reason why we need to get you to cycle on the road, do you have Skype?

and yeah fingers crossed for results :P

I'm starting Computer Visualisation and Animation BA (Hons) this September, I've applied for Chesil but haven't gotten anything back yet.

I'm from Ireland so it's a tiny bit daunting, I have no idea what to expect. Which is exciting too I guess. Kind of hoping I can get in contact with people on my course or similar so I'm not a complete fish out of water, so if anyone feels like throwing me a message or Skyping me that'd be cool.

Either way, see you guys in September, have a good Summer!
