How to regain confidence?Gf of years and years finished me for partying with friends and lots of lovely lads who just want in her knickers when they're nothing special (not claiming I am) but all have sleazy intentions.
It really knocked my confidence as we were always that couple, that couple who everybody thought would last forever and it all seemed so good till she just over a period of a few weeks changed her mind.
I really feel inadequate and am questioning my looks, my lifestyle and my personality.
How can I regain confidence, because right now I have no hope in any of them areas?
