Do you have to write essays in a level Geography?

    I think you do.. but do you often?
    I'm taking Geography because of a clash in subjects and I was given a choice of either History or Geo, I was put off by History because of all the writing.

    Yes, you basically write essays too. And just like History they don't give you enough time -.-

    Yes. I havent properly looked at all the exam boards but, I think Edexcel has more essays than AQA (feel free to correct me anyone).
    But in AS Edexcel, the first paper you have lots of 1-5 mark questions and then 2 essay questions.
    In the second paper you have 6 essays to do.
