I don't this. The son was above 16 so was able to consent, and they both consented to this so no one was hurt.
What is the point in sending her to prison? As far as I can she she has done nothing wrong.
I don't think it's a case of them consenting or not, but a case of the fact that it's incest -

There are plenty of people who think that a 13 year old is able to consent. Age of consent laws should be respected even if they are different to ours.(Original post by vedderfan94)

Age of consent is 16, but they recorded it which means that it would be classed as pornographic material. Which in all countries I believe you must be 18. That's why she's been sent to jail. The fact it was with her son is just creepy but doesn't mean anything towards how long a jail sentence she should get.
That's the point.
It's not about consent. It's about tapping it. That's classified as child pornography. So I guess the reason she's going to jail is not having sex, but for recording it and making it public. -
