The law can't prove it's taking advantage. I disagree with that, you're the one claiming otherwise. If you're going to whine about the law you've got plenty of cases to deal with, incest being illegal isn't one of them for 99.999% of the population. Also, psychological issues are likely to be the bigger problem. And no, you are completely wrong, deformities can very easily occur through the first instance.
To answer your question - No. The funny thing about this is that you know you're being a moron and unless you're desperate because you've got an eye for your sister/mother you're just doing it for attention.

Age of consent is 16, but they recorded it which means that it would be classed as pornographic material. Which in all countries I believe you must be 18. That's why she's been sent to jail. The fact it was with her son is just creepy but doesn't mean anything towards how long a jail sentence she should get.
I'm confused about the neg, can someone explain it?
In regards to her custodial sentence the jury, which we have in the UK, would most likely see it as an aggrovating factor, and so may the judge. However, I am unsure of the speicific laws in California. But in the UK these kind of issues are lawfully dealt with under the Sexual Offences Act of 2003. -

Incest may cause disgust (not sure why segregation) to others but so do a lot of other activities .... if they don't like it ... DON'T TAKE PART, only an extreme minority do anyway, just ******* leave them do it for god sake, in private, with consent, christ sake. -

Re: Mom who made sex tape with son, 16, is jailed for four years...I don't think it's that big of a deal, 4 years is way too long, and this is entirely consensual involving a boy who's 16 years ago, the normal legal consent age in the majority of the world. So the only thing really standing against it, is the parent/guardian, and the incest charges.
