    I've done one of these. The structure of the day is as follows, (after presentation about the company and ice-breakers):

    First, interview - this is about an hour. Second, numerical reasoning test - this was harder than expected, try practising with jobtestprep online for example, to bring your speed up. Third, preparation for debate - aim to influence others. After lunch there are individual presentations - this is based on 3 fictional co-op stores and how you should go about improving performance

    thanks. On the email- got group excercise, admin assessment and role play. I think I get the role play part. The group excercise, admin assessment is kinda worrying me
