Are girls who wear one piece bathing suits perceived as boring?I seem to have a preference for one piece bathing suits, I find them more flattering and I like the way they hug my curves. But it seems to me that most girls just wear bikini's nowadays, even if they look hideous in them.
I am a size 10, with measurements of 34 24 36 and when I get the right type of bikini, it looks great on me, but my preference is a one piece. I also prefer to leave a lot to the imagination.
How do people perceive one piece swim suits? -

Re: Are girls who wear one piece bathing suits perceived as boring?No, I just feel that they're better suited to the 'larger' woman. One-piece bikinis also provide better coverage and allow you to receive the benefits of a two-piece bikini without all of the negatives, IMO.

Re: Are girls who wear one piece bathing suits perceived as boring?I absolutely love swimsuits, I'm not into bikini's I will maybe wear one occasionally but 99% of the time I will wear one of my many many swimsuits I have collected, I have a good sized draw full of them and collection is still growing,
I personally find swimsuits more comfortable and flattering and I think that more girls should wear swimsuits more often than bikini's,
Swimsuits are coming back in to fashion again and hopefully will pick up faster as they are better, I think however that some girls suit bikini's more than swimsuits however the majority of girls suit swimsuits more and suit both. There are quite a few girls though that should definitely not wear swimwear and should stay properly covered up i.e. obese girlsLast edited by scorpion95; 23-06-2012 at 23:58. -

Re: Are girls who wear one piece bathing suits perceived as boring?If it's swimming in the UK then I might consider a one piece, but when I'm on holiday I like an all over tan and not a white belly or weird tan lines from a cutout swimsuit.

Re: Are girls who wear one piece bathing suits perceived as boring?I think one piece swim suits can be a lot more flattering than two piece bikinis which can seem to make fat spill out of all of the wrong places on the slimmest of girls. Also, as you said, it leaves more to the imagination, which is surely more desirable than having every inch of flesh on display for everyone to see?
