Hi guys

As part of my Dissertation I am examining the Energy Act 2011 (England & Wales) and fuel poverty in private rented sector and I very much appreciate if you can kindly spear few minutes of your time to answer the questionnaire provided in the following link. It is only a page long and should take about 2 min.

From 2016 tenants can make energy efficient improvements to their rented properties and from 2018 landlords cannot rent properties with an EPC rating of F or G.

If you have to spend more than 10% of your household income on energy bills then your classed as living in a fuel poor household.

The questionnaire is anonymous. If your a landlord or know someone, I have provided the link to the landlord questionnaire as well.

Following primary and secondary reseach it appears there are alot of rogue landlords taking advantage of vulnerable tenants risking their health where it has been reported by NHS over 30,000 people die during the winter because of poor housing conditions.

Shelter, who provide free advice to all tenants and campaigning to crackdown on rogue landlord is asking people to sign an online petition. I very much apperciate if you could also sign one. The link as follows.
