Room to rent in winchester/winchester school of art studentHey I have a room which MAY potentially be available from July onwards since I'm still looking for a flat at the moment.
It's an average sized room but has double doors to a large garden + fully furnished. It's £367.50 incl bills (electricty/gas etc) but not internet which is only about £5 a month extra. It's with 4 other really lovely girls going into 3rd year. 3 Study fashion and 1 studies fine art. There's literally a ton of cutlery, plates, saucepans, wooden spoons, cups etc so there's no need for any extra kitchen utensils etc hahaha.
It's in Winnall and only a minute walk from Tescos!
