    What's Wrong With My Laptop?
My sisters laptop (which is a Toshiba laptop, and is Windows Vista) has switched on, but I can't do anything on it as the access is denied, and something to do with the memory. It's gone to the classic mode of Windows Vista.

I'm just completely lost as what to do.

    Has anyone got any advice?

    Thanks.

I'm typing this from my computer.

Switch it off and un-plug it

...Or hand it to your nearest computer-fixin guy

    I've tried that, nothing.

Thing is we have no one we could go to... Plus they usually rip you off.

Hmmm try googling up your problem, and there will be computer sites, where people can tell you exactly what to do..

    Or ring up an expert

Open it up and reinsert the ram?
    And the hard drive.
