No I am not happy for various reasons but a way forward is to reduce a European Member, with me.
If no alternative arrangement can be found then quite reluctantly I will accept

I'm sorry to hear that your not happy.
I've taken this decision so that we have enough time to hear from all the country committee members. The meeting agenda already looks pretty long so I don't want to have practically a MUN-wide summit in one evening! 
I've already sorted an alternative arrangement with you to PM you the drafted resolution. If you want, I may be able to post some minutes from the meeting here?

Can I ask for everyone to put what country they rep in their chatzy username? Like this:
ak137(Syria, Iraq rep)
Then you can better indentify who they are
what do you say?EDIT: also, this is for everyone right? The GA and SC?

Hello ak137, my pleasure.
Thank you for voting in the poll - I'll announce formally later on when we're having the meeting.
This meeting is not for everyone, it's only for the people who signed up to be on the Committee, your good self and Morgsie who used to be overseeing the EU Bloc but is taking a short break.
Anyone not invited will be removed from the chat. This summit has a clear structure which I will outline here again with an updated version and at the beginning of the meeting.
