Best universities for Computer Science and Exceptional Circumstances

Hiya,

I am currently studying Maths, ICT and Business Studies at A-Level. I am Have been predicted Anywhere between an A*AB/AAB - ABC

I have been looking at the following universities, in order of personal preference so far.

Sussex
Bath
University of West England
Bournemouth
Oxford Brookes

I have been searching in the South East, South west and London as i don't really want to go too far up north, so are there any good universities i have missed based on my predicted grades?

Secondly, When i was looking at Bath university, I saw that their entry requirements were AAA, which i am not entirely confident i would achieve, however it did say they would accept an AAB in exceptional circumstances. So my question is, what would they consider to be exceptional circumstances in order to drop the grade requirement to that?

Exceptional circumstances would be mitigating circumstances (illness etc). All universities will still consider you if you're not far off and you interviewed very well/they loved your PS.

That's quite a range, both for your universities and your predicted grades...
